CONFIDENCE MAN RETURN WITH ANTHEMIC 'BUBBLEGUM' + ANNOUNCE AUSTRALIAN 'HARD CANDY' TOUR DATES

After capturing attention with their infectious debut ‘Boyfriend (Repeat)’, elusive four-piece Confidence Man return with their highly anticipated second single 'Bubblegum'. Coupled with a run of Australian tour dates kicking off this April, the outfit today also announce the news that they have signed to iconic indie UK label Heavenly Recordings, home to the likes of Australian comrades, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard.

'Bubblegum' expands on the band’s trademark sound with flirty flutes, baggy grooves and sassy vocals. The track was mixed by Patrick Wimberly (Chairlift). Their much-talked about live show has seen them play a national support slot for Chairlift and festivals including the coveted triple j unearthed spot on the Laneway Festival Brisbane bill and The Plot, with slots secured on upcoming festivals including Golden Plains and A Festival Called Panama.

With only one single under their belt, Confidence Man have been a triple j unearthed Feature Artist and secured a spot on their 2017 Ones to Watch list. Their ‘Hard Candy’ tour will have crowds cramming the dancefloor for the chance to get down with one of Australia’s biggest breakout acts.
