Tell us about your new single “SOS”, what’s it about?

SOS explores the all-encompassing effect of keeping people with toxic traits around. Despite offering friendship and the best intentions while helping a friend cope with a chaos of their own creation, inevitably the cycle continues and bleeds into one’s own mental well-being. Often fraught with a fragile sense of self. These dysfunctional relationships cause friction when a person’s own capacity is recognised and chooses to sever ties.

Could you tell us more about All Regards?

All Regards are a four-piece rock band from the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne & Gippsland. We take influence from pop punk, alternative, grunge & emo to create our very own original sound. The band was formed in 2020 as a three-piece but when our previous drummer left in late 2022, we (Jeremy Allen - lead vocals/guitar & Mark Fuhrmann - bass/backing vocals) decided to beef up the lineup by adding second guitarist/vocalist Stefan Sepulveda (previously of Snark) and drummer Lachlan Marshall (previously of Above The Fallen, currently of Sleepless). All Regards are a band that write gritty, honest songs and foster an inclusive and vibrant atmosphere at their live shows.

What’s been the highlight of your music career so far?

For the four of us as a cohesive unit, it would be the positive reception we have received from our biggest supporters when we announced the new lineup, released ‘SOS’, and played live for the first time at our single launch to a packed out Cherry Bar.

What would be your ultimate achievement?

To achieve world domination and have a crazy but friendly cult following like Sleep Token & every boy band ever!

What’s on your dream rider?

Our dream rider would be:

Two ply toilet paper (none of that one ply BS)
Bottomless espresso martinis (we’re big coffee fans!)
A free feed (Pasta plz)
A slab of decent beer (none of that Foster’s BS)
And a bottle of Fireball (to lubricate the vocal cords)

What’s your dream festival or venue to play?

As far as festivals go something like Unify Gathering, or an equivalent of that would be amazing. But as far as venues go, one we would all love to play someday would be The Forum in Melbourne, that place has such a mystic energy and it's a room that we have all connected with in one way or another.

What’s in store for the future of All Regards?
We have a bunch of unreleased songs in the bank that we’re starting to demo out, there’s a few people in the industry that we’ve been in contact with and have our eyes on to work with so there’s no stopping on that front. As far as shows, we sadly can’t give too much away but there’s a few huge ones on the horizon.
