Congrats on the release of TOUCH ME! Can you tell us a bit more about the song’s meaning?
Thank you! “TOUCH ME” is the third and final single from my upcoming debut EP “STILLAVERSE”, and it's definitely one of my favourites, I feel like it is the best sonic representation of me as an artist so far. I wrote the song about the initial chemistry and excitement that exists when a relationship is taken to a more intimate and romantic level, with a fun and sexy kind of energy driving the track. I’m really proud of this song and think it’s some of my best work to date, which was only made possible by the talented team I worked with to bring it to life, so I’m very grateful to my co-producer Nathan Zammit, mixing engineer Hayden Lauerson and mastering engineer Gareth Thomson for their talents!

Where did the stage name Stilla originate from?
I’ve been meaning to share this actually because I get this question all the time! ‘Stilla’ means star in Maltese (where my family is from)!

What’s your favourite show you’ve played so far?
Favourite venue so far would be the Night Cat in Melbourne, however, favourite show overall would have to be my last headline show which was a while ago in 2022, however I am hoping to top that very soon (stay tuned)!!

Which album do you have on repeat right now?
Any of my friends/followers will know that I am obsessed with Short n’ Sweet by Sabrina Carpenter at the moment!!! It’s the pop record I’ve been craving for a long time I think, so many bops on there!!

What show are you bingeing at the moment?
I’m rewatching Sex and the City for like the 10th time, it’s just the best show I’ll never get sick of it!!!

What was the first gig you ever went to?
My first concert was Taylor Swift’s Fearless Tour in 2009, I went here in Melbourne.

What are your plans for the rest of 2024?
I have my debut EP “STILLAVERSE” coming out on October 11th!!!! This release is a huge deal for me as it is my first ever project!!! It is available to pre-order/pre-save now, you can find those links below!
