By The Meadow 2017 feat. Banoffee, Baro, Jaala, Moses Gunn Collective & more!

By The Meadow announces it will return in 2017 for its fourth year running. The event will extend to include a second night, catering to those wishing to stretch the dream that little bit further. Taking place between March 31 and April 2, 2017 the festival boasts a carefully curated line-up spotlighting the most exciting Australian talent. Headline acts Banoffee, Baro, Jaala and Moses Gunn Collective will lead a diverse three-day journey through the Australian music scene.

Intimacy is amplified at By The Meadow, with only 700 tickets being made available for next year’s event. Despite its steady growth, the festival organisers remain focused on maintaining the same cosy, familiar atmosphere.

Locally focused as always, By The Meadow encourages a strong regional theme, consciously steering away from food trucks to instead present pop-up food stalls showcasing the produce from local surrounds. The on-site bar ‘Lazy’ that made its debut in 2016 will again return, offering an impressive selection of regionally sourced beer, wine and other beverages for parched punters.

Organisers note there is a second announcement to come early in the New Year, as they prompt us to expect more than just music.

Located a 90-minute drive from Melbourne, Bambra sits on the edge of the Otway Hinterlands where lush, rolling landscape will again play home to the festival in 2017.
