Demon Days Release New Single "Killer Bees" + National Tour

WA neo-soul purveyours Demon Days officially released their new single Killer Bees, with a free national tour to follow.

Slow-burning and driven by a syncopated groove, Killer Bees swerves from movement to movement as readily as its namesake buzzes between flowers. Bella Nicholls' vibrant, honeyed vocals deliver a hymn of uncertainty to both prod & soothe the existential anxieties we feel in young adulthood. Effervescent and cynical in nature, Killer Bees has already buzzed its way into the hearts of community radio and fans alike, with support from FBi, PBS, RRR, 4ZZZ, RTRand more.

RTR FM's "much loved local kids" can already tick supporting artists such as POW! Negro, Sampology, Sex On Toast, Fortunes & Psychedelic Porn Crumpets off their wish lists. Having carved a niche in their live circuit playing headline shows and festivals such as Fremantle Winter Music Festival, Hidden Treasures, and wrapping a residency at The Odd Fellow earlier this year, the relatively newly formed four-piece (also featuring Josh Chan on keys, Marley Donnan on bass & Mark Ashforth on drums) are armed with a formidable live set.

After their stacked launch show last weekend (also featuring Elli Schoen, Marlinspike and many more), Demon Days are set to take Killer Bees on the road in October for six free interstate shows (RSVP below). With dates across NSW, QLD, SA and VIC, the tour will also feature a range of up-and-coming local talents TBA.
