Directed by Ryan Sauer, the music video features an all-star cast including Southern Cross Austereo radio announcer Michael Beveridge of the Big Brother fame and Benson’s counterpart Yeo. The clip sees cameos from DJ mates Liz Cambage, Benny Rausa (6AM at the Garage), Chevy Long (Indian Summer) and MIMI (CRXZY SXXY CXXL).

Seeing love at dance radio and club dancefloors, ‘Trying’ has clocked over 51K Spotify streams and has landed #10 in the ARIA Club Chart.

This is the first release from Benson through his boutique label Medium Rare Recordings, in what MRR unbiasedly and biasedly believes is his finest work yet.
