Congrats on the new track, Weapon! Tell us how the collaboration with BOI came about

We're friends with Boi from a while back and when we heard her collab with Alive Ivy and imbi the girl we had to make a tune together!

The the song blew up the triple j text line after it was uploaded to unearthed, you must be so happy with the support so far!

We're so surprised and happy, you never know if stuff will connect but the response has been amazing.

Tell us about your journey to becoming Pink Zinc, who is Pink Zinc?

Rory and Bede met at a double lane McDonalds drive thru and have been making music ever since!

Are there any artists or tracks you’re loving right now?

Drakes Laugh Now Cry Later broke the internet last week, that's a banger. Boi just released her debut EP a month or so, some huge songs on that one! 

How has the pandemic affected you as artists and what’s planned for you next?

We're currently in NSW, so obviously luckier than Victoria at the moment with the restrictions, but i suppose it's made us focus on writing and production more as we can't get out and DJ or perform our new songs live! Next - who knows? Hopefully lots of gigs and new tunes!
