LASTLINGS RELEASE OFFICIAL VIDEO FOR ‘URGES’+ ANNOUNCE EAST COAST TOUR

After mesmerising audiences on their sold out debut national tour earlier this year and set to support The Jungle Giants on their largest ever national album tour this August, LASTLINGS have just shared the visual translation to their latest single ‘Urges.'  With the track just breaking over 1 million streams, in celebration the brother/sister duo have announced the 'Urges' tour.  The dates will see LASTLINGS transport their captivating live show to Brisbane on the 23rd of September before moving across to Melbourne, Sydney, and wrapping up in Queensland with a very special Lastlings Hometown Block Party on October 22nd. Maintaining the pair’s minimalistic aesthetic, the video for ‘Urges’ is undoubtedly thought provoking. Exploring concepts of longing and desire, the video enhances the track’s smooth electronica. LASTLINGS describe the video themes as "Two lovers separated in a kind of metaphysical space that is a representation of their own minds.  Stuck in this space the lovers must interact with each other through the floating mirror in the room that provokes their memories with each other."

Showing a musical maturity well beyond their years, the duo are no strangers to the stage, previously supporting the likes of Glass Animals, Rüfüs and Emma Louise. With notable performances at Beyond The Valley, Falls & FOMO festivals, their return to the stage in support of the success of ‘Urges' will be an ever bigger, dreamier performance.
