What’s next for MARLOE.

Congratulations on the release of 'Worked Harder'! Can you tell us about the writing and recording process for the single?

Thank you so much! Yeah so I wrote this song at the beginning of lockdown with MDWS in his home studio. Then I sent the demo over to my fav Evan Klar - currently living in Berlin, who worked his magic to transform this song with his epic producing skills.

What inspires your music?

Every song I write is inspired by events in my life that have influenced me in some way, shape or form. I think it's my way of processing life's challenges and growing from it.

What's been the highlight of your musical career so far?

Ahh I would say seeing my songs in a television show was pretty surreal! That and getting to work with Kate Miller-Heidke at the APRA AMCOS songhubs last year.

What's something we might not know about you?

My career in the entertainment industry actually started with me living in New York City studying Musical Theatre.

Hmm maybe a cheeky stripped back version of 'Worked Harder'.... ?
