MARK HARDING RELEASES NEW SINGLE ‘THORN IN YOUR SIDE’
Mark Harding is a songwriter and producer based in Sydney, Australia. His new single ‘Thorn In Your Side’ was produced in his bedroom and mixed by Tony Buchen (Montaigne, Tim Finn) at his studio in LA.
‘Thorn In Your Side’ features a blend of acoustic and electronic sounds, tied together with Mark’s unique use of vocal harmonies. It will be featured on an EP planned for release later this year.
His debut single ‘Say It Too’ has been streamed over 700,000 times since its release in November. It was also added to rotation on Triple J Unearthed and played on Triple J by Dom Alessio and Richard Kingsmill. He has performed live this year supporting Alex the Astronaut, Dorsal Fins and Spirit Faces.
Mark is a multi-instrumentalist for indie band Little May and has toured extensively with them internationally. He performed on Little May’s debut album, produced by Aaron Brooking Dessner of The National. Mark plays live for a number of other artists including Dappled Cities, Wishes and Winterbourne.
