NICK HILL SHARES NEW SINGLE "CHASING"

Following on from his globally acclaimed single "Know This", Sydney's Nick Hill unveils his latest offering in "Chasing" - another enticing slice from the multi-talented singer, composer and producer. 
 
"Chasing" melds soul-infused vocals and intricately layered electronic soundscapes, engulfing the listener in an atmospheric haze. Reminiscent of SOHN and James Vincent McMorrow, Hill successfully retains pop sensibilities in "Chasing", whilst combining elements of soul and RnB to form his own brand of tantalising indie-electronica.
 
Nick Hill released his debut EP Rut in 2015, with lead single "Know This" attracting widespread attention from international tastemaker blogs and radio. The single received support from triple j and FBi Radio and was featured internationally via the likes of Indie Shuffle, DIY and Hilly Dilly. The widespread online support culminated in a number 1 position on the Hype Machine ‘Now’ Charts and over 800,000 streams on Spotify across numerous playlists.
 
It's been a manic year so far for the Sydney-sider, spending time on the road supporting the likes of Japanese Wallpaper and Vallis Alps. Hill also supported Perth's pop princess Teischa on the Sydney and Melbourne dates of her recent national EP tour. 
 
Hill has an equally exciting few months ahead of him, recently announcing his BIGSOUND showcase alongside an opening support slot for indie-rock icons City Calm Down for their Sydney single launch at the Metro Theatre. Together with new single "Chasing", Nick Hill is definitely one to keep on your radar this year.
