Introducing Fan Girl and their new video for 'Talk'
Melbourne ruffians Fan Girl are stoked to introduce their new single ‘Talk’ today.
Fan Girl began as a concept by Melbourne musicians Vincent McIntyre, Jack Wood and front man Noah Harris. Harris began writing out of South Korea and exchanging ideas across the oceans as the band began to carefully craft what would become their debut album.
"'Talk' is a song about careless people, written by people who care. It was one of the first tunes written for the record, and one of the last to be finished and is our vision of where punk, prog and pop meet" says front man Noah Harris.
Forming less than a year ago, the band (now including musicians Dominic Buckham, Luke Thomas and Krish Soorkia) have quickly made a name for themselves on the local Melbourne scene. From selling out headline shows at The Gasometer, through to supporting the likes of Catfish & The Bottlemen, Birds of Tokyo and The Vines.
Fan Girl’s debut long player is due for release in 2017
