KOJEY RADICAL announces first ever Australian tour
Enigmatic poet and rising star of the alternative hip-hop world Kojey Radical today announces his first ever Australian tour, kicking off across three dates in June.
The London-based mixed media/spoken word artist and musician is making waves with his creative work within and outside of musical spheres. Off-stage, he is the Creative Director of PUSHCRAYONS and Art Director of contemporary menswear brand Chelsea Bravo. On-stage, Kojey is lauded as a pioneer of subversive storytelling within his explosive live show. His work has earned him the support of The FADER, Dazed, BBC 1Xtra, i-D, HYPEBEAST, The Source and more.
Australian fans will be treated to cuts spanning from the enigmatic artist's 2014 EP Dear Daisy: Opium all the way to most recent release Gallons, a machine-gun magnum opus highlighting struggles of race, class and survival.
Touring with WARP Records prodigy GAIKA (SYD & HOB) and accompanied by some of the finest underground local talents Australia has to offer, such as Cassius Select, Kimchi Princi, Body Promise (SYD) and 30/70 & So.Crates (MEL), Kojey Radical will play dates in Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart.
