TRAILBLAZING PRODUCER/DJ ‘WAX MOTIF’ SIGNS TO FALCONA AGENCY
Falcona’s agency department continues to grow in 2017 with the announcement that Australian-native turn Los Angeles-based producer, Wax Motif, has joined the tastemaker agency roster alongside Alison Wonderland, Hayden James, ShockOne, Hook N Sling, SACHI, Tom Tilley and more.
Wax Motif has seen a massive profile swell since relocating to Los Angeles, having worked with heavy-weight electronic acts such as GTA, Destructo, Pusha T and Motez, as well as delivering official remixes for Major Lazer, Deadmau5 and Peking Duk.
The prolific producer also recently announced a management deal with USA based music company Indie-Pop, the management home for artists such as Boombox Cartel, Carnage, Kyle and Terror Jr.
The new agency signing follows the release of “Used 2 Be” feat. Jevon Doe on HARD-founder Gary Richards/DESTRUCTO’s recently established label HITS HARD MUSIC. Billboard premiered the video for “Used 2 Be”, hyping the track as “a blur of neon LEDs, a shout-out to Tokyo's flashy nightlife culture, until Doe comes in strong on the mic”
