Day One NYD Brisbane Feat: Dj Snake, Baauer, REZZ & More

Brisbane has a new event to see in the new year this summer; DAY ONE on New Year’s Day at Riverstage.

Day One features one of the world’s biggest names in dance music, DJ SNAKE, touring for the first time in 2 years. He is supported by next-in-line Bass don, Baauer, and two of the biggest movers of 2017, Canada’s princess of bass tech, Rezz, and New Zealand’s quirky bass star Quix.

DJ SNAKE is a bona fide superstar having headlined festivals all over the world and has cemented himself as a firm Australian favourite having headlined Stereosonic to huge acclaim. He regularly collaborates with the biggest names in world music on tunes like “Let Me Love You” feat. Justin Bieber, “I Know You Like It” feat. Aluna George, and the legendary “Turn Down for What” featuring Lil Jon.

And DJ Snake’s “Lean On” with Major Lazer feat. Mo is the second most streamed song of all time.

There’s no better way to celebrate New Year’s Day in Brisbane than with a sound track from some of the biggest names in dance music.

Only a venue like Riverstage could do an event of this calibre justice. Brisbane can expect one of the largest audio-visual installations ever seen at the Riverstage to accompany his performance.

Presented by Revelry Entertainment, the team behind The Met; and Fuzzy Control group, a new partnership of promoters behind festivals such as Field Day, Listen Out, Stereosonic and Touch Bass.

First release tickets are $79 + Handling Fee via Ticketmaster on sale Thursday 31st August at 9am.
