How are you feeling now that ​Drop It Down​ is out in the world?
I feel extremely happy! It’s always exciting dropping new music but this one for sure has been my favourite yet, releasing such fun visuals at the same time made it even more hype!

What are the three main things you’d like listeners to take away from the track?

What i would love for the listener to walk away with is fearless energy an IDGAF mind set and booty droppin’ attitude :P

If there’s something you could say to teenage Kymie today what would it be?

Don’t overthink anything! Follow your instinct and never stop having fun, life ain’t that serious.

What do you love most about being in the R&B/Hip Hop scene in Australia?

What I love most about the R&B/Hip Hop scene in Australia is that I’m in the midst of it all which is crazy to even say! In 10 years time the up and coming artist will look at myself and all the other amazing artists right now as the pioneers who paved the way.

How are you keeping yourself sane in isolation?

I’m 100% staying away from the media, I believe it is so toxic at the best of times so I’m keeping my distance! Most importantly the thing that’s keeping me the most sane is music. I've been making music everyday.
I'm trying to use this time to focus on my craft while there is absolutely nothing else I can do! Other than making music I’ve been keeping fit, making TikToks (shamelessly lol), cooking, reading, watching netflix, and taking the time to catch up with myself. Life is so crazy and fast paced so I’m doing my very best to utilise this down time to my advantage.
