Sydney’s leading summer session The Island LIVE returns to the Harbour on Friday 29th September for the official launch party of Season 4. Proudly presented by Tinder, alongside the Tropicool Events and UNDR Ctrl crews, The Island LIVE promises another stacked series of very special guest DJs held at one of the most picturesque locations in Sydney. We’re celebrating the start of the long weekend in fine style, welcoming back The Aston Shuffle to headline alongside electronic princes Polographia and rising star Annie Bass.

The Aston Shuffle have been dominating the Aussie dance music scene for years as producers, remixers and radio selectors. They opened Season 2 at The Island LIVE with a huge performance in 2015 and we’ve been dying to get them back ever since! Recent single ‘Pass You By’ backs up past bangers ‘Only 1’ and ‘High With You’ as killer releases, alongside remixes for the likes of SAFIA, Claude Von Stroke and Empire Of The Sun. PLUS... their weekly triple j show ‘The Friday Night Shuffle’ is an absolute radio institution and home to all the freshest sounds around. It’s good to have you back boys!

Polographia first burst onto the scene with their breakout EP ‘Sunsets’. But it was through the stunning follow up EP ‘Friends’, that the Sydney duo picked up national attention and full triple j support. ‘Sly’ featuring Winston Surfshirt remains a standout track and we’ve heard a sneaky peak of their new single and it’s an absolute weapon! Anyone who caught Polographia DJing at the UNDR Ctrl 3rd Birthday can testify what legends they are too behind the decks too. #keen

Sydney artist Annie Bass has been named a star on the rise, and rightfully so. With her single ‘Don’t Want’ released earlier this year she took the music blogosphere by storm, whilst gaining huge support with triple j and FBi Radio. Just back from New York, she’s been preparing for performances at BigSound and Listen Out festival, before jumping into DJ mode at The Island LIVE.
